Organization Settings
Update your organization's name and other top-level account details.
This page is intentionally short, because the settings here are intentionally narrow. There are only a few things you can change at the organization level — and that's by design.
What You Can Change
- The organization name. This is what other people on your team see when they're logged in.
There aren't many controls on this page on purpose. Most of what shapes your team's experience lives elsewhere — in Users and Roles for access, or in General Settings & Help for individual preferences.
A Note On Renaming
Changing your organization name has a cooldown period between changes. In practice this means: don't change the name lightly. Pick the right one and stick with it for a while.
If you try to change the name twice in quick succession and it's blocked, that's why — the cooldown is keeping accidental or frequent renames in check.
When You'll Use This Page
Rarely. Most teams set the organization name once during setup and never touch it again. You'll come back here only if:
- Your organization formally renames.
- You're correcting a typo from initial setup.
- You're rebranding.
